The instantised WPI is manufactured by ion exchange and ultra-filtration (UF), allowing the product to be more easily soluble (mixed) in water/milk etc. It is an undenatured Whey Protein, Low in Fat, Lactose and Cholesterol giving nutritional benefits as well as providing enhanced functional and flavour properties. Ideal for nutritional beverage powders that require spoon stirring.

Packaging:
The standard pack for Whey Protein Isolate is a polythene lined, multi-walled paper sack, which provides a barrier to moisture and oxygen. The sacks are heat sealed top and bottom for maximum protection. No staples or metallic fasteners are used.
